How I Can Help
Traditionally, project managers use tools to help streamline tasks, create plans and reports, and manage participant data. At HLJ Project Management, we focus on visually-stimulating graphic representations to organize research budget, scope, timeline, participants, and activities so principal investigators can focus on the research at hand. We offer three packages, shown below, each tailored to getting to know you and your specific management needs!

Holly took us from ground level to a full online presence! She explained everything in detail, each step of the way, and ensured that we knew how to maintain each element once she had completed the project. She took the time to understand not only our mission but the ‘why’ behind that mission, and then pulled information from several people and places, designed a marketing strategy, and implemented all of the pieces, which really helped propel the company forward.

Holly is a great addition to our team! She is efficient and organized which helps me (PI) be able to really focus on the project. Her ability to take multiple sources of information and collate it into a visually-appealing, concise, yet comprehensive, newsletter is second to none.
We started with a hot mess, but Holly was able to step back, look at everything our project involved, and list out all of the details that needed to be attended to so that we could really get started. She is a super-organizer! The Homeschool House helped meet the needs of hundreds of low-income homeschooling families, and we never could have done that without her getting us going.
